Spring Remodeling Outside? I don’t think so.
Yes spring is the usual time to install those Pella / Anderson windows n doors and also an important time to look at your exterior caulking and painting for possible water seeping into where it doesn’t belong. And I’m not disputing installing Concrete siding or Smart siding isn’t more enjoyable in the warmth of Spring. Many people do think of inside projects while it’s nasty and cold out, but think about this getting out and enjoying the outdoors while your indoor remodeling project is going on is much more enjoyable than being stuck in the confines of your home in the middle of an renovation. Also drywall compound, paint, and stains all dry much faster in the nicer weather where you can crack a window and let in some fresh spring air. Hey I’ll take the extra couple hour that the coats dry every little bit gets us on to the next project on time. I personally have been remodeling for almost 20 years and when I do my own interior remodels I bet you can figure out when I do it.
